Starter includes all preloaded treatments, editable prices, quantities and timing, and a personal patient message. Every plan can include your clinic details and booking link. Pro and Team also let you edit treatment names and descriptions, create your own treatments and use your logo and colours.
How do I share the plan with my patient?
Download the final PDF, send it through your clinic’s usual secure process and upload a copy to the patient’s clinical notes. Patients can keep it to review their options and use your booking link when they are ready. planner.clinic does not send the PDF or upload it to your record system for you.
Can I return to a plan later?
Unfinished drafts stay in the current browser for 48 hours after the last edit. After a final PDF, authorised clinic members can use its plan code to recall the saved treatment structure for one year. Recalled plans open as editable copies.
What happens to patient information?
Patient first names and personal messages stay on your device and are excluded from the saved server copy. The server retains a pseudonymised treatment structure for plan recall. Generated PDFs are downloaded to your device and are not retained by planner.clinic.
