More frequently asked questions
What can I change on Starter?

Starter includes all preloaded treatments. You can adjust prices, quantities and proposed timing, and add a personal message to each patient’s plan. Treatment names and descriptions use the preloaded wording. Pro and Team let you edit that wording in your library and individual plans, and create your own treatments.

What counts towards my 10 free plans?

A new plan counts when you first successfully download its final PDF. Previews, test PDFs, corrections and repeat downloads of the same plan do not use another plan. Your allowance resets each month, and you can see your usage and reset date in the workspace.

Can I use my clinic details on Starter?

Yes. Your clinic name, practitioner details, contact information and booking link can appear on your patient documents. Starter documents use planner.clinic branding. Pro and Team let you use your own clinic logo and colours.

How does Team pricing work?

Team costs £8 per practitioner per month, with a minimum of 2 practitioners (£16/month). Each practitioner has their own login. Count each practitioner once across the subscription, even if they work at several of your clinics.

What is an additional clinic profile?

A separate clinic setup with its own branding, treatment library, prices, contact details and booking link. Pro and Team include one clinic profile. Each extra profile is £5/month for the whole subscription, whether you practise at different sites or manage several branches.

Can I upgrade from inside the workspace?

Yes. Open Pricing & subscription to choose Pro or Team. Paid features remain visible while you are on Starter, with an upgrade link explaining which plan includes them. Subscriptions are billed monthly.

How do cancellation and refunds work?

Paid plans renew automatically each month. Cancel through Manage billing before renewal and keep access until the end of your paid billing period. Your first subscription payment has a 14-day money-back guarantee: email info@planner.clinic within 14 days to request it. Renewals and later upgrades are not covered by that guarantee; your statutory rights are unaffected. See our Terms and Conditions for the full policy.
