Why I built
planner.clinic.

I’m Dr Max Greenfield, an aesthetic doctor and educator. I built planner.clinic out of a frustration that kept following me home from clinic.

After spending time with a patient discussing their options, I’d spend hours writing lengthy treatment plans by email or squeeze my recommendations onto a Post-it. Neither really reflected the care that went into the consultation.

For busy patients, those emails were a lot to digest. Recommendations disappeared into email threads, bits of paper went missing, and the plan we’d talked through became harder to follow.

I wanted something simple: a way to create beautiful, professional treatment plans that I could send to patients and upload to their notes. Something that made it easy to see what we’d discussed and understand the next steps.

Most of all, I wanted patients to feel clear about their options, reassured about their plan, and excited about what was possible, with space to make a decision in their own time.

In my own clinic, clearer, more professional plans have helped more patients move forward with treatment. That experience is why I wanted to make planner.clinic available to other practitioners.

What a patient plan
needs to do.

Save you writing the same email again

Start with preloaded treatment descriptions and your own prices. Reuse them in each plan, then add a personal message for the patient. Pro and Team let you customise the treatment wording too.

Make the options and costs clear

Set out the treatments, proposed timing and fees together. Patients can refer back to what you discussed and consider their options in their own time.

Give patients a plan they can keep

Download a professional PDF to share with the patient and upload to their clinical notes. Include your booking link so they can contact you when they are ready to proceed.

Clinical judgement stays with you.

planner.clinic is an administrative planning tool. You remain responsible for treatment suitability, recommendations, consent and clinical records. A proposed date in a plan does not book an appointment.

Read the terms of use

Give your patients a written treatment plan.

Choose preloaded treatments, adjust prices and timing, and add a personal message before downloading your first patient PDF.
